Stainless Steel Double Wire Clips for Spiral Hose

Boltza® double wire hose clips are designed for securing compatible spiral, corrugated and reinforced hose to a suitable connector or hose-tail fitting. The two parallel round wires can sit on either side of the hose helix, helping the clip follow the raised profile more closely than a conventional flat-band clamp.

The screw mechanism draws the clip together around the connection. Smooth round wires provide defined contact with the hose without the sharp perforated band found on some conventional worm-drive clips.

The stated size is the clip's adjustment range, not the nominal internal diameter of the hose. Measure the completed connection before selecting your clip.

How to Choose the Correct Size

1. Fit the hose fully over its connector or hose-tail fitting.
2. Measure the complete outside diameter at the intended clip position.
3. Select an adjustment range that contains your measured diameter.
4. Check that the two wires align correctly around the raised hose helix.
5. Tighten evenly without crushing, cutting or permanently distorting the hose.

For example, an assembled hose measuring 40mm outside diameter requires a clip range containing 40mm, such as the 38-44mm option. Do not select the clip using the unassembled hose's nominal internal diameter alone.

Products should be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
