PS18 adhesive for PVC and vinyl: The high-tack water-based acrylic backing is suitable for many PVC, vinyl and plasticised surfaces where standard rubber-based self-adhesive fastening tape may provide an unsuitable bond.
Choose Hook, Loop or a matching set: Order the firmer Hook component, the softer Loop component or a complete Hook and Loop set containing equal selected lengths of both mating fastening tapes.
Clean white reusable fastening: The white woven tape suits pale signs, exhibition panels, display boards, interior fittings and equipment where a black fastening would remain too visible.
Peel-and-stick installation: The pressure-sensitive backing attaches without drilling, screws or sewing; prepare the surface carefully, press the tape firmly into position and allow the adhesive bond to develop.

Why choose PS18? Select PS18 when fastening to compatible PVC, vinyl or similar surfaces where standard or Heavy Duty rubber-based adhesive tape may be unsuitable.
Important: Adhesive performance depends on the exact material, surface preparation, temperature, load direction and installation conditions. Test a concealed area before completing a large, valuable or critical installation.
VELCRO® Brand PS18 White Self-Adhesive Hook and Loop Tape
This genuine VELCRO® Brand fastening tape combines reusable woven Hook and Loop components with the specialist PS18 acrylic adhesive system. It is intended for compatible PVC, vinyl and other surfaces where a standard rubber-based self-adhesive tape may be unsuitable.
The white finish provides a cleaner appearance on pale displays, vinyl products, signs, exhibition panels, equipment housings and interior fixtures. Once both mating components are installed, the fastening can be opened and reclosed repeatedly while the adhesive-backed tape remains attached to the supporting surfaces.
Choose the required component
Hook only: The firmer fastening side for use with an existing compatible Loop surface.
Loop only: The softer mating side for use with an existing compatible Hook surface.
Hook and Loop set: Contains the selected length of both components. A 5m set contains 5m of Hook tape and 5m of Loop tape.
Surface preparation
Apply the tape to a clean, dry and stable surface. Remove dust, grease, polish, moisture and loose material before installation. Porous materials may require an appropriate primer or sealer before the tape is applied.
Cut the required length, round the corners where practical, remove the protective liner and position the adhesive side carefully. Press firmly and evenly across the complete tape surface to remove trapped air and maximise contact with the substrate.
Allow approximately 24 hours for the adhesive bond to develop before repeatedly opening the fastener or applying a substantial load.

PS18 is not suitable for polyethylene or polypropylene. PVC and vinyl formulations vary considerably, particularly in their plasticiser content, so test the adhesive on the exact material before completing production work or a large installation.
Do not use underwater, on dirty or unstable surfaces, for personal restraint, overhead safety support or where fastening failure could cause injury or serious damage.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning anything, please contact our Customer Services Team at sales@on1shelf.com or call 028 3027 8150 for return instructions.
Products should be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.

Credit and Debit Cards with VS Pay

Payment Security
Our checkout uses an encrypted connection, and payments are processed securely by the payment provider selected during checkout. Additional security checks may be applied by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
For your protection, never send your complete card number, card security code or account password to us by email.
Payment Problems
If a payment is declined, please check that your payment details and billing address are correct. Your bank or payment provider may also decline or temporarily hold a transaction for security reasons. On1shelf cannot override a decision made by your bank or payment provider.
If you are still unable to complete your order, try another available payment method or contact us for assistance.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. After we process a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
