Hotmelt adhesive with considerable tack strength for industrial applications is suitable for use on almost any surface. This glue, made of resin and block copolymers, provides very high initial adhesion. Moreover, the adhesive is moisture resistant and suitable for use from -10°C to +60°C.

SA hotmelt adhesive has been tested for the use of harmful substances and certified according to Öko-Tex Standard 100 Class 2.

Should allow a bond with adhesive backing -:

 Most metals, wood, glass,

Ceramics, stone, paper, cardboard, certain textiles, various hard plastics and

 Polyolefines (e.g., PE, PP, …), metals, various plastics, and paper

Specially developed for foams, corrugated boards, polystyrene (e.g., for bicycle helmets)

Not suitable for articles containing plasticisers such as PVC

Application/bonding - application at room temperature 20°C (+/-5°C)

- Adhesive backed-tape and substrate to be at room temperature while bonding

- To be pressed together firmly

- Max. adhesion after 48 hours at room temperature

- When continuous peel- or shear force is applied, the glue can tend to

start creeping on certain surfaces

- The adhesive is not intended for removal and re-application of surfaces

Surfaces must be free of oil, grease, dust, humidity, loose particles, monomeric

Plasticisers, silicone, paint or coating which is peeling off- should not be too uneven, brittle, soft or unstable

- should be suited for glueing upon

Please be aware that hook and loop tape requires both sides for most applications, so if you're only ordering one side, please check that you only need one. If you order both sides (Hook & Loop), you will receive the stated amount of each tape
