On1shelf Heavy Duty Cable Ties 12mm Wide – Extra Strong Nylon PA66 Zip Ties, 290mm, 650mm & 1000mm, Black or Natural White

• VERY HEAVY DUTY FASTENING: Extra-wide nylon cable ties designed for demanding bundling and securing work where ordinary narrow cable ties may not provide enough contact area or rigidity.
• SECURE SELF-LOCKING DESIGN: Integrated ratchet-style locking head grips the serrated strap as it is tightened, creating a firm one-way fastening for cable looms, conduit, hoses and other bulky items.
• NYLON PA66 CONSTRUCTION: Manufactured from virgin Nylon PA66 for a useful balance of strength, flexibility and durability, making these ties suitable for professional, workshop, maintenance and DIY applications.
• SUITABLE FOR LARGE BUNDLES: The wide strap and choice of long and extra-long versions make the range particularly useful for electrical installations, machinery, pipework, fencing, ducting and large cable runs.
• MULTIPLE VARIATIONS AVAILABLE: Choose the required length, black or natural white finish and available pack quantity to match anything from occasional installation work to regular trade and workshop use.

Extra-Wide Heavy Duty Cable Ties for Demanding Fastening Jobs

On1shelf 12mm heavy duty cable ties are designed for applications that need a substantially wider and more robust fastening than a conventional general-purpose zip tie. Their broad nylon strap provides a large contact area around the item being secured, making the range well suited to bulky cable bundles, conduit, hoses, pipework, equipment and general industrial fastening.

The self-locking ratchet head provides straightforward installation: feed the tapered end through the locking head, pull the tie to the required tension and the internal locking mechanism holds the strap securely in position. No separate buckle or fixing component is required.

Manufactured from virgin Nylon PA66, these heavy duty nylon zip ties combine strength with enough flexibility for practical installation. They are suitable for electricians, engineers, maintenance teams, mechanics, contractors, workshops, warehouses, production environments and demanding DIY jobs.

The range includes standard, long and extra-long options, allowing the correct tie to be selected for anything from compact heavy-duty fastening to large-diameter bundles and equipment. Black and natural white versions are available, together with multiple pack quantities depending on the chosen size.

Suitable applications include: electrical cable management, large wire looms, conduit, ducting, hoses, pipework, machinery, workshop equipment, fencing, storage, construction materials and general heavy duty securing.
