Jubilee® Light Range Zinc-Protected Mild Steel Hose Clips

Jubilee® Light Range hose clips provide adjustable worm-drive clamping in installations where a narrower and lighter clip is preferable to a standard-width hose clamp. They are particularly well suited to automotive work, compact machinery, agricultural equipment and general maintenance applications where installation space is limited.

The continuously threaded band allows the clamp diameter to be adjusted accurately throughout the stated range. Tightening the screw draws the band evenly around the hose, helping secure it against a compatible pipe, connector or fitting.

Choosing the correct size

Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it has been fitted over the pipe or connector. Select a clip whose adjustment range comfortably includes that measurement. For the most controlled fit, avoid choosing a clamp where the measured diameter sits directly at the minimum or maximum limit.

Use a suitable 7mm socket, spanner, screwdriver or flexible hose-clip driver to tighten the clamp. Apply only the torque recommended for the selected diameter, as excessive tightening may damage the hose, fitting or clamp.

Zinc-protected mild steel is intended for general-purpose environments. For marine, food-processing, oil and gas, or regularly wet and highly corrosive applications, select an appropriate stainless steel Jubilee® Light Range clip instead.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning anything, please contact our Customer Services Team at sales@on1shelf.com or call 028 3027 8150 for return instructions.

Products should be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds
