Jubilee JA165 Junior Hose Clip Assortment

The Jubilee JA165 Junior hose clip assortment provides 165 zinc-finished mild steel clips for securing small-bore hoses with fitted outside diameters from 7mm to 14mm. The six included adjustment ranges cover many commonly encountered automotive, mechanical and workshop hose connections.

Unlike a conventional worm-drive hose clamp, each Jubilee Junior uses a compact nut-and-bolt fastening arrangement. The 9mm-wide band fits neatly around smaller hose diameters, while the standard 7mm A/F hexagon-head screw allows the clip to be adjusted using a suitable spanner or socket.

Automotive and Workshop Applications

Jubilee Junior clips are designed for small-bore hoses where relatively low clamping force is required. Typical applications include petrol pipes, heater hoses, small automotive fluid lines, workshop machinery, maintenance equipment and similar hose or tubing connections.

Reusable Compartment Storage Box

All 165 clips are supplied in a reusable nine-compartment organiser. Each size has a separate labelled section, reducing time spent identifying clips and helping workshops, garages and service vehicles maintain an organised supply of replacement hose fasteners.

The organiser measures approximately 270 x 175 x 40mm and weighs around 1.35kg when fully stocked.

Choosing the Correct Clip

Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it has been positioned over its connector or pipe fitting. Select a Jubilee Junior adjustment range that covers the completed outside diameter. These clips are intended for relatively low-pressure, small-bore applications and should not replace a clamp specifically required for a high-pressure system.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning anything, please contact our Customer Services Team at sales@on1shelf.com or call 028 3027 8150 for return instructions.

Products should be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
