O-Clips, 304 Stainless Steel Single Ear Hose Clamps

The O-Clips 304 Stainless Steel Air Water Hose Pipe Clamps are an easy and inexpensive way to keep your hoses from losing liquid, air, or gases. However, the fact that these clamps can be used on small-bore hoses means that the material of the tube or hose can sometimes be very flexible, making it more challenging to ensure a leak-tight assembly due to the possible deformation of the hose. In these cases, the inner ring is vital in helping to guarantee leak-tightness, protecting the hose from being pinched during assembly.

304 STAINLESS STEEL - Our clamp is made of 304 stainless steel for good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature strength, and mechanical properties. It has good workability and can be used for a long time.

NO BULGE OR GAP - Unlike other standard single-ear hose clamps, our boltza® o-clips have a narrowband design which provides more concentrated sealing pressure. It prevents bulging and gaps in the inner ring of the clamp.

- LIGHTWEIGHT AND NOTICEABLE CLAMPING EFFECT - Our special treatment of the edge of the clamp also reduces the possibility of damage to the clamped parts. It gives you a lightweight, noticeable clamping effect.

Selecting the correct size clamp:

• Accurately measure the OUTSIDE diameter of your hose/application.
• Select the Hose Clip whose size range matches the OD of your hose.  
• The outer diameter of the hose tends to increase when you push the hose onto a spout or connection.
• Size Example: If your hose is 15mm OD, please select the 13.7-16.2mm Single Ear Clamp

Applying the clamp:

• Safely position the hose/hose clamp.
• Firmly tighten the hose clamp on the application.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning anything, please contact our Customer Services Team at sales@on1shelf.com or call 028 3027 8150 for return instructions.

Products should be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.

Payment Problems

If a payment is declined, please check that your payment details and billing address are correct. Your bank or payment provider may also decline or temporarily hold a transaction for security reasons. On1shelf cannot override a decision made by your bank or payment provider.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. After we process a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
