Jubilee® Superclamp 304 Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty Hose Clamps

Jubilee® Superclamps are engineered for demanding hose installations that require greater clamping force and a more substantial construction than a conventional worm-drive clip. They are also known as GBS or barrel-hardware clamps and may be used where a comparable T-bolt-style hose clamp is specified.

The all-304 stainless steel construction provides increased resistance to corrosion for marine, agricultural, automotive and industrial environments. A wide, smooth band distributes clamping pressure across the hose without perforations that could cut into the surface.

Continuous and controlled clamping

A formed bridge piece spans the opening beneath the bolt assembly, helping maintain continuous contact around the full circumference of the hose. The solid trunnion supports the fastening bolt and allows the specified tightening torque to be applied in a controlled manner.

Selecting the correct size

Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it has been installed over the pipe, spigot or connector. Select a clamp whose stated adjustment range includes the measured diameter. Superclamps have closely graduated adjustment ranges, so accurate measurement is important before ordering.

Use the correct socket or spanner for the selected clamp and tighten only to the specified recommended torque. Excessive tightening can damage the clamp, hose or underlying fitting.

This product is intended primarily for heavy-duty hose connections. Suitability for hot exhaust systems, rigid exhaust pipes, chemicals, pressure systems or safety-critical installations must be confirmed against the operating temperature, pressure, hose material and equipment manufacturer’s requirements.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning anything, please contact our Customer Services Team at sales@on1shelf.com or call 028 3027 8150 for return instructions.

Products should be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds
