Jubilee® Light Range 304 Stainless Steel Hose Clips

Jubilee® Light Range hose clips provide dependable worm-drive clamping in installations where available space or overall weight is restricted. Their narrower 9.3mm band makes them particularly useful around vehicle engines, marine equipment, pumps, machinery and compact pipe assemblies.

Each clip is manufactured from 304 stainless steel, providing improved corrosion resistance for demanding environments where zinc-protected mild steel may not be suitable. The continuously threaded band allows smooth adjustment throughout the stated diameter range, helping the clip tighten evenly around compatible rubber, silicone and flexible hose materials.

Compact and accurately adjustable

The worm-drive housing uses a 7mm across-flats screw and can be tightened using a suitable socket, spanner, screwdriver or Jubilee® flexible driver. Recommended and maximum tightening torques vary according to the selected diameter, so excessive force should be avoided.

Selecting the correct clip

Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it has been fitted over the pipe, connector or spigot. Select a clip whose adjustment range comfortably includes that measurement. Position the band evenly over the hose and fitting before tightening to the recommended torque.

Pressure capability decreases as clip diameter increases and also depends on the hose, fitting, installation quality and operating conditions. These Light Range clamps are not intended as substitutes for specialist high-pressure couplings or heavy-duty bolted clamps.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning anything, please contact our Customer Services Team at sales@on1shelf.com or call 028 3027 8150 for return instructions.

Products should be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds
